Our USP grade (CR8325C-AW/USP) is a high quality Powder Activated Charcoal (PAC) made from coconut shell through carbonization and steam activation under stringent quality control. It is acid-washed to reduce impurities and soluble ash. The USP grade has essentially a neutral pH. This product is NSF and USP certified and meets or exceeds all food chemical codex, AWWA, ASTM Protocols.
