Can be applied dry or wet, however, it is most effective when used steamed. After a long hard day on the computer, shape the Eye Pad by gently working the tiny charcoal granules directly over the eyes. For wet application, simply steam the eye pad in a vegetable steamer. Zipper has metal parts, do not microwave! Easy care, remove charcoal and hand or machine wash and dry. One size fits most. Hand made in USA. See Also
