IACMA 7th Annual Meeting
The International Activated Carbon Manufacturers Association (IACMA) welcomes Stephen Claeys, the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Trade Administration in the Department of Commerce, to its 7th Annual Meeting program.
Mr. Claeys will give a presentation on Anti-dumping Legislation and the Dynamics of Foreign trade. It will address the logic behind recent regulatory action against imported carbon and how it will affect all players in the industry. His presentation will also offer importers advice on reducing dumping duties for which they and their suppliers are liable. Claeys will also be present to interact with attendees at the networking reception.
