GRANULAR ACTIVATED CHARCOAL
GAC610

Our GAC610 is a granular activated carbon produced from select coal by a high temperature steam activation process under stringent quality control. It has a large surface area, high mechanical hardness, unique pore size distribution, low density and chemical stability. This grade works well for water purification for fish aquariums and fish ponds.

Recommended filter grade carbon for water purification for your fish aquariums, fish ponds, or fish bait tanks.

Granular Activated Carbon removes harmful elements from fish aquarium water including copper, chlorine, carbohydrates and other dissolved organic materials. It also takes out sulfa drugs, antibiotics, and other medications. Of course the CLEAR benefit is the ability of activated carbon to filter out unwanted color and pigments in the water leaving your fish aquarium as clear as the water over a tropical reef.
